User Data Removal & Deletion Request

We believe in giving you absolute power over your personal data. Below, you can authenticate your account and file an official request to delete your user information or wipe specific profile metrics.

Data Retention & Transparency

Permanent Removal: Upon submitting an account deletion request, your profile pictures, chat message history, geometric swipe history, phone metadata, and matching indicators are permanently erased from our production Firestore servers within 7 business days.

Legal Audit Exception: Basic non-identifiable transactional ledger history is retained securely strictly for billing audit compliance required by local financial regulations.

Signing in simplifies your request by automatically grabbing your account identifiers. If you do not have the app installed, you can skip this step and fill out the manual form in Step 2.
