1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using the services of The Perfect Match ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or access our website (theperfectmatch.app).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account or use our matching service. By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age and have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving harassment, violence, or sexual misconduct.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (via Google Sign-in or Phone authentication) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@theperfectmatch.app.
4. Rules of Conduct
To maintain a respectful community, you agree not to:
- Post spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, or explicit adult content.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or details.
- Use the platform for commercial solicitation or sales.
- Scrape, duplicate, or extract other users' photos or personal information.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the app are premium and require paid subscriptions. Payments are handled via our third-party billing providers (e.g. Stripe). All subscriptions auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled. Subscriptions and virtual purchases are non-refundable except as required by local consumer law.
6. Account Removal & Data Removal
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may request account closure and permanent profile removal via our Data Deletion Portal, which will result in data removal in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Perfect Match provides matching services on an "as-is" basis. We do not conduct background checks on all users and cannot guarantee compatibility or safety. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your interactions with other users or your use of the application.
