1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Welcome to The Perfect Match. We are dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and secure environment for all our users. We enforce an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Safeguarding children is our highest priority, and we act decisively to identify, prevent, and report any violations.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE & CSAM
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or communication that involves or depicts the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or endangerment of children. Specifically, the following are strictly prohibited on The Perfect Match:
- Any creation, storage, distribution, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Any attempt to groom, solicit, or establish sexual communications with a minor (Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse - CSAE).
- Any advertising, links, or metadata related to websites, services, or forums that host or facilitate CSAE or CSAM.
- Any profiles or conversations that attempt to simulate, roleplay, or facilitate sexual relationships involving minors.
Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the user's account, a device ban, and reporting to federal and international safety organizations.
3. Strict Age Requirements
The Perfect Match is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and older. Underage users are not permitted to register or use our platform in any capacity.
- Verification Gates: We employ multi-stage registration filters and profile verification gates to confirm user age declarations during sign-up.
- Underage Policy: If we discover or have reason to believe that a user is under 18 years of age, their account will be suspended immediately and permanently.
- Misrepresentation: Users are prohibited from creating profiles that falsely represent their age, or sharing photos that depict minors or appear to depict minors in a suggestive or dating context.
4. Detection, Moderation, & Prevention
To proactively protect our community and identify potential safety risks, we employ advanced security practices:
- Automated Media Scanning: We use industry-standard hashing and image scanning technologies to identify and block known CSAM upon upload.
- Text & Pattern Analysis: Our systems run real-time textual analysis to detect keywords, patterns, and grooming signals in user biographies and chat interactions.
- 24/7 Moderation: All flags raised by users or our automated systems are routed directly to our dedicated security and safety team for immediate manual review.
5. How to Report a Child Safety Concern
If you encounter any behavior, profile, or content that indicates a child safety risk, grooming, or an underage user, please report it immediately:
Tap the menu icon (three dots) on the offender's profile or inside the chat window, select "Report Profile", and choose "Child Safety / Underage User". This immediately flags the account for priority review, and restricts the user from contacting you further.
You can contact our dedicated safety desk at safety@theperfectmatch.app. Please provide the offender's display name, email, registered phone number, screenshots of the violation, or other identifying details to assist in our investigation.
6. Law Enforcement Cooperation & NCMEC Reporting
In accordance with international child protection laws, The Perfect Match complies with mandatory reporting obligations. We report all instances of suspected CSAM and CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with local and international law enforcement agencies. We preserve relevant data, logs, and account metadata to support criminal investigations and prosecutions.
